Chelsea Handler, on her E! Network show tonight, brought up the news item that Tampa has recently generated a flurry of women teachers having sex with younger students. Giuliana Rancic (co-host of E! News Daily), a guest on Chelsea's show, pointed out that men have been doing that for years. "More power to 'em," Giuliana said of the female teachers.
